I am currently a senior at SIUE, in the same shoes as you all.  I am a public relations major with a minor in mass communications.
I have created this website and blog because I wanted to make a smooth transition between my senior year, graduating and finding a job.  I found myself starting to get extremely worried at the beginning of this year when I started to look for a full-time job after college.  I have had to put in an extra effort to stand out in the eyes of employers. Throughout my college career I made a point of working while in school.  I have had different internships with the Gateway Grizzlies, St. Louis Cardinals, Bonfyre, and ADP. I have also built a relationship with a career advisor in the career development center.  I feel very fortunate to have had these opportunities and I want to share with you all what I have learned.
I know the knowledge I have gained throughout my college career will be beneficial for you.  It is up to you to apply it and go out there and get your dream job!
